Cancellation Policy
At Senna Lash Studio, a 50% fee will be charged for any cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. This policy ensures that the time reserved for you is respected, as last-minute changes are difficult to fill. Thank you for understanding and valuing our time together.
There is a 15-minute grace period. Any arrival later than 15 minutes is subject to rescheduling and will be charged a 50% rescheduling fee. This ensures your artist has enough time to complete your service properly and give you the best results.
No-shows — meaning failure to show up to your appointment — will be charged 100% of the service total.
