CANCELLATION POLICY
To honor the time reserved for each guest, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Changes made within 24–48 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments are charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. Arriving late may require adjustments to your service to keep the day running smoothly. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may be treated as a missed appointment. These policies are in place to ensure every guest receives the full care and attention their appointment is reserved for. Thank you for understanding and respecting this time.
